Everyone forgets a password or username from time to time, and we can certainly help you log into your account when you do. Head to our website and simply click on the “Forgot Password” button.

I didn't receive my password reset email.
If you didn’t receive your password reset email, it most likely went to your spam folder, so we recommend checking there first. If it’s not there, the next step is to “whitelist” the sender’s email address; this tells your email provider to trust messages from that sender.
Once you’ve done that, request the reset link again from your vendor login page and it should come through. If for some reason it does not, please contact our support team and someone will be happy to assist you.

How do I add or remove a user to or from my account?
If you would like to add or remove a user from your account, please contact our support team for assistance. IMPORTANT: If your accounts are linked, any changes you make to users in one account will automatically apply to the linked account as well.
How do I update my market and/or location?
We’ll take care of that for you! Reach out to your Account Manager or contact our support team and include the city, state, and zip code of your new location so we can update your information accordingly.
How do I update the credit card I have on file?
It’s easy to update the card you have on file. Simply log in to your account and head to the Billing section of your Storefront to update your payment information. If you don’t see this option when you log in or need additional assistance, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I update my contact information?
If you’d like to update the contact information in your vendor account, simply log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Storefront tab. From there, select the appropriate section (such as Contact Info or Business Information) to make updates to your details.
